Jason answered the phone without announcing who he was and then he stumbled around in his answer when my husband asked him when he may have time to do our plumbing job. He said he would call us back today to tell us when he may be free to do our project and never called. My husband got the feeling that he wasn't very professional and didn't really want our business. We went on to another Angies list plumber and we found someone else that was professional and responsive.

wow.. Guess we had a little communication issue. I told [member name removed] I would call back that afternoon if I would have time to do the repair,that was a wednesday otherwise I would be there on friday and I called thursday to let him know. I cant please everybody all the time. Sorry you feel that way. My services and grades speak for themself..

I found his name on this site. When he heard the water would not shut off, he fit us into his schedule right away. He worked very professionally through a VERY crowded basement. He finished on time for me to keep a long-scheduled appointment. He was very polite and personable, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely call him again and have already recommended him at the appointment I kept. He definitely went out of his way for us.

I would definitely recommend Jason to anybody who needs plumbing services.
Description of Work: Jason was great to work with. I have a tough schedule to work around and he was very accommodating. His price was very competitive and he was an efficient worker. He installed a new Natural Gas line from my basement to my kitchen for my new stove.
