I had problems with them, especially with the window. They had ordered a window and took 2 months to get it here and when It arrived, it was a wrong window. The installer came back several times to fix it with no extra charge. I did not have any problems with the shower door. For the front door, they had some problems getting the deadbolt installed properly.
