"With every project we learn from our mistakes. We continue to add additional services for our customers, like blown in insulation. We advised this customer of our "lack of experience, but desire to learn" insulation, which was reflected in the price. Numerous problems came up and we addressed each problem as it came up. The project turned out to have several unanticipated concerns come up and we handled them accordingly. Unfortunately, the scheduling proved difficult with other projects combined with the homeowners shift work schedule. We addressed all issues which were brought up to us regarding the insulation. We will continue to "fine tune" all parts of our business to match the superior roofing status. With every project, we learn from our mistakes."
