Auto Insurance
Anytime I have a question regarding our home/auto coverage all I need to do is call the office. Dan is very professional and caring. Madonna is always pleasant and professional as well. They're more than willing to answer our questions, regardless how trivial the question may be. Also, they never need to "get back to you" because they're busy with something else. They take the time immediately to be sure our questions are answered. If we need an estimate for accident repairs all you need to do is go to one of many of the pre-approved businesses. There's never any waiting or hidden expenses that arise after the fact with American Family Insurance.
