"The service was provided in August. The customer called complaining to AC not working and a lot of water around the furnace. When a technician came out, he found that the filter was completely plugged which restricted the air flow, which leads the AC system to freeze and stop working. Once the AC stops working the system is unfreezing and the condensation starts leaking from the evaporator coil down inside the furnace. The technician replaced a filter and checked the refrigerant pressure to make sure it was sufficient. We have not received calls from the customer ever since until this review. Once I contacted the customer to find out what lead to this review I was told that the there is a leak from the exhaust pipe which is a heating problem and couldn't not be observed during the visit in August. I offered to come out to the customer's house to take a look at the problem to get the issue resolved but was told that I will have to speak with the home owner. I tried calling several times after this conversation and left a voice message but my calls were not returned. I hope we would get a chance to come out to take a look what the problem with the system is now and get it resolved. Slava Krol K Komfort Vice President"

"According to our records, only one service call for a furnace tune up was scheduled. Our technician looked at the second unit as a courtesy to the customer at the same time as the service on the first unit was performed. Multiple attempts were made to contact the customer and try to discuss or resolve the issue, but unsuccessfully."
K Komfort did a GREAT job installing my new furnace and A/C. They all were professional and prompt. Eugene sat down with me and helped me understand his selection and my options. He and I worked to figured out the best HVAC package specifically for my house and our needs. The inspections were setup and conducted in a reasonable timeframe and Eugene made it work around our vacation schedule.
I would HIGHLY recommend Eugene and K Komfort to anyone.
