jim did a great job. fixed electrical problem and replaced outlets and a switch.

It was fine. He did solve the problem. Then did try to gouge me on the bill. (charging for his apprentice) . Backed off and settled on the agreed price. Asked for an estimate on other electrical work. Was told he would submit it via e-mail. I am still waiting!!

The technician sent to my home were John & Mike. I can only tell you that I will be telling my friends about J & J Electric. These gentlement were knowledgeable, efficient and very customer friendly. They answer any questions I had about the work they were completing and did not try to give me the run around. I will definitely use the company for some additional work I need on my garage and lighting at the front of my home when I am ready for that project. Customer service was awesome. They completed the job wonderfully, we are excited about being able to use our microwave and washing machine at the same time!!

The electricians that arrived to handle my problem were very fast and efficient. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

It would be helpful if they would quote service charges over phone prior to coming out.

They did a good job and met expectations. The original bid required adjustments, and was subsequently billed incorrectly. The additional items were added, but the deleted items were still invoiced. They promptly corrected the error and re-billed for the work.

Although they are licensed electricians, I think the rate for installing a ceiling fan is very expensive, especially when the junction box is already installed.

Called me back first thing Monday morning. Promised service between 1:00 p.m and 1:30 p.m. and arrived at my home 1:15 pm. Perfect. I had to take 3 hours off work but it all got resolved.

There turned out to be a lot of extra work behind the walls. Also did as little cutting into the walls as possible making repairs afterwards much easier. They guys were hard workers and very professional. And because of the extra work, extra costs were incurred, and they were very helpful working with me to make payment arrangements.
