My stylist was Katie, and you'll do yourself a favor if you go to her. She gave me exactly the kind of cut I wanted--a rounded bob--which in my experience seems to be a rare thing. Not only does she give an excellent, precise cut, Katie is very personable and gives a great shampoo massage as well as a hand massage after the shampoo. I highly recommend her, and will definitely go back when I need another cut. She also offers a free bang trim when needed.

I would say that they do a good job on their hair cut, their prices are similar to others and it is convenient for me. Nothing stands out for me to recommend them to others. I have not had any issue with them at all.
