Great service.

I don't use them for landscaping because that was also a bad experience. They have been here many times throughout the winter. You put up driveway markers so they can see where to plow. They can't get within six feet of the driveway marker. I have had to call them on numerous occasions. My husband had surgery and couldn't help with shoveling this winter. Off of the driveway is a sidewalk, which I often would have shoveled before they plowed. They would plow it in so I would have to shovel again. When I spoke with the owner about the fact that they weren't even getting within six feet of the markers, he said there were some plantings. I said there weren't any. He asked if I had changed my configuration, and I said no. The contract says that they will come if we get two or three more inches of snow. At the end of February, we had at least four to five inches. I waited for them to come plow. Finally, at three in the afternoon, he called me and asked if we would like him to come out and plow. I wasn't able to get out of my driveway on that day. I have actually timed them, and they are here for less than six minutes. Not only do they charge me $95, but they have added surcharges, including a per-plow fuel surcharge. Sometimes, their invoices say they have been here twice when I was here the whole time without seeing them come twice.

Company was always there to plow in every storm this winter, and waited until the storm was over to plow rather than come every 2" to increase fees like some plowers. But we selected this company because they promised great quality and as a seller of plows would have a higher level of expertise making them worth more than others that average $30 per plow. In reality, the quality of plowing was very poor, and when politely asked to do a better job were very rude. My two main issues are they did not get closer than 12 feet from the garage door,and piled snow in front, so that we could not leave the garage without using the snow blower. In addition, they did not push snow back far enough, and eventually we could not get cars out of the garage (see picture) because they kept piling snow in the same spot. We had to have someone else take two truckloads of snow away to get out of the garage. None of our neighbors with similar driveways had the same issues with their services.
