They were very responsive to our desires, even leaving the sound parts of the tree to grow back over the years rather than cutting it all the way to the ground. We asked them to leave the larger pieces of wood because we have a friend who heats his home with wood and he would get them. Very easy to work with.

contacted them through e mail and sent them pictures. They came out in person took a look and gave us a price. We accepted and they showed up right on time and finished the job in a day. The trees were close to the house and very large - they did a great job with no problems

Excellent work. 5 man crew spent half a day on this work. Total clean up using chipper and rakes. No heavy equipment on the lawn.
A week later after a windstorm, a number of dead branches and some live growth with cut ends indicated that they might have missed a few places that did not fall to the ground at the time of the service. One call to Bret. Ttwo men returned the day I called to gather this material. No questions asked and no upcharge.
I was present during the enter job and they were always willing to please. Very personable crew. Very focused. No standing around. Worked through the lunch hour.
Four other bids were in this ballpark and lower, but I'm pleased that I decided on Remi's.

They called before coming. I did not have to be present (they had already reviewed what needed to be done and had given me an estimate a week earlier). I was unable to be present when they did the work. It took them less than 2 hours. The tree was completely removed (a little of the stump was left hidden by the evergreens surrounding it). When I came home there was no sign there was ever a tree there. No hint of anyone having done anything (no mess, no marks on the lawn, everything in excellent condition).
The out of control evergreen tree was trimmed and finally looked nice. They did such a good and professional job that I am now considering have them trim some of my other evergreens which I have done myself in the past.
I was very impressed in how quickly everything went from the time the estimate was done and a week later the work actually completed. Having the work done in less than 2 hours was excellent, but most impressive was just how clean everything was with no sign of anything having been done on the property.
Would highly recommend them to others and plan to use them again.

As has previously been the case, Brett and his crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, very courteous, friendly and are always ready with an answer to a question or two. From the time they arrived until they left my place, the work never stopped. The tree was brought down, cut up, wood was stacked, the yard cleaned up, the driveway was spotless, as was the street, where they ran their shredder/chipper.

I would highly recommend Remi's Tree Service to anyone including friends and family if you ever need this sort of work performed.
Brett, Shelly and their entire crew were models of professionalism, very friendly, and very knowledgable people, from the original phone call through the completion of the job.
I have a very tall Birch tree in the center of my back yard that "appears" not to have survived the winter. I'll give it a few weeks to make sure, but if it has to come down, you can BET that I'll be calling Shelly again in the very near future, and we can start this process all over again.
