I DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, BECAUSE I ONLY WANTED STEEL BEAMS PLACED TO REINFORCE THE WALLS. DALE THOROUGHLY EVALUATED MY HOME AND GAVE ME WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A FAIR ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK HE RECOMMENDED. I WOULD GO WITH HIM IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED MORE EXTENSIVE WORK PERFORMED IN MY BASEMENT. THE ESTIMATE WAS $13000.

AS I AM BUYING THE HOME I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE BASEMENT WAS PROVIDED WITH A WARRANTY AND THAT IT WOULD STAND UP OVER TIME. SEVERAL CALLS WERE RETURNED TO ME BY DALE THE OWNER. HE WAS GRACIOUS IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL THAT HE WOULD CONTINUE TO BE THERE TO ANSWER MORE. WHEN LANDSCAPING WAS DONE TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE REPAIRED BASEMENT, I ASKED DALE IF HE COULD COME TAKE A LOOK AND DETERMINE IF IT WAS DONE PROPERLY TO INSURE THE WARRANTY WAS INTACT. HE CAME AND ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE DRIVEWAY SHOULD BE REDONE TO BE PITCHED AWAY FROM THE HOUSE TO PREVENT PROBLEMS IN YEARS TO COME. HE WAS GREAT!! I CAN SEE WHY HE IS SO HIGHLY RATED BY OTHERS FROM ANGIE'S LIST.

THESE WORKERS HAD A DIFFICULT JOB TO DO: DIG OUT OUR SUB-BASEMENT'S 3 WALLS AND CARRY -- BY HAND -- ALL THE BROKEN CEMENT, ETC. UP THROUGH OUR REC ROOM, UP THE STAIRS, AND OUT OUR BACK DOOR. WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A SPECK OF THE OLD NOR THE NEW CONCRETE ON THE CARPETING OF THE REC ROOM! THE MEN WERE PROFESSIONALS AND EXTREMELY POLITE IN ALL OF THEIR DIFFICULT WORK. WE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BASEMENT WORK DONE! THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. AN EXCELLENT COMPANY!
