They didn't really get everything fixed. My furniture is under warranty and I'm still fighting them to get it fixed. They're fighting over who should cover it, the manufacturer warranty or the warranty that I bought from Ashley's. I've got everything at my house from Ashley's up until now. This is my first issue with them. I'm very perturbed about it. I will recommend Ashley's because I actually did break the furniture myself, but it falls under warranty. I bought warranty for a reason. So the fact that I have to fight to get the furniture fixed when I purchased a warranty is kind of crazy. I'm disappointed.

I first bought a living room set at the end of february and waited two weeks for delivery. after delivery was made and I was inspecting the items, I noticed a rub mark on one of the three tables. I called the company and they told me they would send a replacement. I had to wait two more weeks for that and when it arrived the stain was terrible on it and showed drip marks. I refused that one also. the one that came after that was manufactured differently and the patterns in the table did not match the end tables. the same happened with the third time we tried to exchange the table. Each exchange took 2 to 3 weeks between them. I spoke with customer service and asked if they could just send out a tech to fix the one that I have. I was told that would be ok. I told them that I would be avalible any day of the week before noon and one day of the week I would be avalible all day. I was told ok. I had to wait 2 or 2 weeks more and when I got the confermation call I was given an afternoon time. I told them this would not work and that it has to be in the morning. or on my day off. so it was rescheduled again. the 2nd time I recieved the same time frame in the afternoon. again I called and stated it had to be in the morning. this time I got a supervisor involved and was scheduled a third time. I got the call with the same time again. That was on 6-4-13. I called again and talk to someone that was very demeaning to me. I was told that the only time their contractors were willing to come to the suburbs of milwaukee was on a wednesday afternoon. I told her that something needed to be done to fix this I had ordered the furniture in feburary and it is now June and the problem has not been fixed. I was asked to take off of work on the day it was convientent for them. I told her I was not going to lose a day of my pay to fix their problem. this matter remains unsolved.

Although my salesman was very nice and the delivery men were very good, I am very disappointed in Ashley Furniture. First, i had to wait two weeks for my recliner to be delivered. The chair was delivered damaged and had to be returned. Ashley Furniture was willing to return my money, except delivery charges. I wasn't happy with having to pay delivery charges since the chair was damaged. I, therefore, chose to have another chair delivered which was done in a timely manner. However, after sitting in the chair that evening, it would not recline, nor would the footrest retract. I called Ashley and was told the recliner needed adjusting and someone would call to arrange a technician appointment. I am not aware of anyone calling, so I again called Ashley. The person from Ashley said they left a message for technician to come on the 23rd of May. Again, everyone I dealt with was very nice but almost TWO months without a working recliner??? I asked for my money back, but they said they have three chances to fix the problem. I was told this return information was on the back of my receipt. Yes, i did find it on the back, in small print! How disappointed I am in Ashley furniture for their return policies and non-refundable delivery fees.

I was very impressed with both their sales people and their delivery staff. They contacted me to let me know ahead of time that it was coming and they called me the night before to confirm the time. They also called before they delivered it and they were accurate to the minute on how much long it would take to get there. They were just excellent and really courteous people. The sales people, when I first went there, he went out of his way to move lamps from one end of the store to the other and moved furniture around. I was really impressed with the service and the delivery; it was great.

WE ORDERED FURNITURE, BUT THEY CANCELLED A COUPLE DELIVERIES, AND THEN DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR ONE (WITHOUT CALLING). WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER.

THEY HAD A NICE VARIETY OF REASONABLY PRICE FURNITURE THAT WE COULD PUT IN OUR FAMILY ROOM AND NOT BE AFRAID OF THE KIDS AND PETS ROMPING ON. THEY WERE NOT AT ALL PUSHY AND LET US LOOK AND CHOOSE AT OUR PACE. DID NOT PUSH EXTRA WARRANTIES OR OTHER THINGS ON US WHEN WE MADE THE DECISION TO BUY.
