He delivered the final inspection with speed and clarity. A+ It went great! Doug was early, and already had the out buildings inspected before I arrived. This left me time to focus on the home, which was the bulk of the inspection time. I really appreciated that, since I was on my lunch, and I am more concerned about the home than the other buildings. Doug was very thorough and explained why he would either flag or not flag an item. He explained what to look for when it comes to settling of a home, which eased my mind. It is also convenient that Doug has his own Radon detector. He set it up two days before the inspection date so we could review the preliminary results together. TEST FOR RADON! The price was very reasonable for something so important. It was high in this house, which is common for homes in MN and WI. I was then able to ask the owner to install a radon mitigation system.

Everything went very well. We needed an inspection completed ASAP for an offer we were placing on home. I contacted 5-6 local inspection business's, Doug was one of the first inspectors to get back to me and was only one willing perform inspection on the coming weekend ($310). Doug was on time for the inspection and did a great job walking my wife and I through the inspection process. It was great to be present during the inspection so we could see any potential issues first hand. Doug has a high attention to detail, took a lot of pictures, and was able to provide a detailed inspection report in under 48 hours. A week later we scheduled the Radon Testing ( Additional $60), which we also received a detailed report as soon as it was completed. we His knowledge on home requirements, safety, and regulations is top notch. We were very pleased with the services provided from A+ Home Inspections and would recommend their inspection and testing services to anyone.

A+ Home Inspection is prompt, speedy & accurate. In less than 28 hours we had an appointment (he was about 10 minutes early), the inspection & the final report. There was a minor problem in the report which was also fixed promptly. We did not request an immediate appointment but very much appreciated getting it. We highly recommend A+ Inspection.

I was living in Fort Worth Texas during the inspection so I was unable to meet with Doug during and after the inspection. My father, who lives in central WI, traveled to Prescott to meet with Doug. By the time my dad arrived Doug had already completed the inspection and had left the property. I called Doug and he indicated he was only 15 minutes away and turned around to meet with my dad and I called Doug afterward. Doug was very informative an courteous. He found several items that needed to be addressed. Overall, Doug was great and I would recommend his services.

Doug was informative and thorough in his inspection. As a first time home buyer, it was nice to have him communicating what he was looking for in each area of the home and not mind me following him through the home and asking questions. The inspection report was received later the same day.

Doug did a very thorough inspection of both the inside and outside of the home. He pointed out even minor things that would need attention and confirmed the ages of the furnace, A/C unit, water heater and washer dryer. He pointed out that the water heater and furnace were 21 years old they most likely would need replacing within the year. He even advised us to contact the City to have a portion of the sidewalk reset or replaced as it was raised 2" and could possibly lead to liability if someone were to trip on it. We also discussed the electrics, sump, and more. Very good, would definitely hire again and we plan on using him when my son purchases a home later this year. Punctual, polite and very professional. Would highly recommend his services.

Doug is awesome to work with. My schedule is hectic, but Doug found a time that would work for both of us. He is personable, professional, very thorough, and patient. He did not make me feel rushed but rather took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. No matter how foolish I thought a question might be, he made me feel like it was a valid question. I made a big error when scheduling his services, but Doug was very gracious and accommodated me. It was an honor to pay him.

Fantastic. He responds promptly to calls and was able to accommodate our schedule. He arrived at the property to get set up for the inspection ahead of time and was already on the roof when we arrived. He's practical and pragmatic when it comes to inspections and focuses on the issues that are important to a home buyer. We completed the inspection on a Friday afternoon late, and we had the report on early Saturday morning. I wish more service providers approached their business like Doug. He's great.
