Kanavas Landscape Management

They come out three times a year. I am very pleased with them. They are professional. They come when they say they will and they do what they say they are going to do. They pay attention to what I say and take care of special needs or requests that I have. They are really fine. They do lawn work, landscape management and landscape design but I have not used them for any of that. Their price is very competitive. I am going to continue using them.

I am considering them for use in the spring, but I have not made up my mind.

We haven’t used their services in this year. The price that we paid was probably competitive. They were here and everything was right under control when they left. I would use their services in the future too.

I was very pleased with the work they did. I wrote a letter to our village expressing my concerns and they kind of cuckooed me. That was a year ago. Then they had a change in some of their staff. I ended up calling them and asking for a follow up. They gave me the name of the supplier who in turn gave me the name of 2 people. We used Kanavas. They were very good. They treated 2 mature trees. It is a 2 year rate. The forester at the village told me that they are finding that it may even last longer than that. It turned out that now they are injecting all the creeping trees. I ended up calling them up and telling them not to do our tree because it is done already. They came out with a form and asked me to get it filled up by the contractor. He did that. It was all about the rates and the products. They were extremely prompt and professional on that.

They are reasonably priced and came out to measure twice to be sure they had the correct area that we wanted treated. They did a nice job and even picked up the dog toys so they wouldn't get sprayed which I thought was really great. They do a thorough job and always go above and beyond.

No estimate ever given-I went to another landscaper.

Responded quickly with quote. Helped me choose low maintenance shrubs and plants. Had to wait a month because they were busy, but provided as discussed. They promptly replaced a couple of bushes that did not take.

I like that I can bring a trailer, they dump in a couple yards, and I can go home. Convenient location. Accommodating staff. Unfortunately they only have shredded oak bark at that location now, but that is what I usually need anyway.

After having Kanavas do fertilization for us, I sent a note to them requesting an estimate on edging and mulch services. I received a call within a week with an estimate. There edging was perfect and the mulching was exactly as requested around all of our plants and bushes. I e-mailed them with questions prior to service and received a response within 24 hours.

They come on time, they always are polite. The work seems good as we do not have weeds or bugs in the yard. They do a lot of work in the neighborhood.

I LIKED THEM, UP UNTIL THIS YEAR. THEY ARE NOT DOING ALL OF THE SAME THINGS THAT THEY DID LAST YEAR, SO I'VE HAD TO CALL THEM AND TELL THEM WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THIS MAY BE BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS SUPERVISOR IS NO LONGER WITH THEM, BUT I DON'T KNOW. THEY CALL BACK PROMPTLY AND COME BACK TO DO THINGS WHEN I TELL THEM WHAT ELSE NEEDS TO BE DONE. I WOULD RATHER THEY JUST DID THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, WITHOUT ME HAVING TO CALL AND TELL THEM.

COMPANY WAS PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. DID NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR MY BUDGET.

THIS IS OUR THIRD SEASON TO USE THEM. EACH YEAR THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER AND BETTER. I LIKE THAT THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE SO I KNOW TO KEEP THE DOG IN.
