the serviceman was on time, very efficient, polite and communicated the process and answered any questions I had. i will have him come back at a later time and do my upper level floors for sure. very satisfied with his work.

We were very happy the the AMS service we received. Timely and did a through clean. I would definitely hire AMS next time we need a carpet clean.

He did a through cleaning for the amount of dirt in the fabric.

Eric is very friendly and did not waste time getting to work. It would have been good if he would have focused on some of the stains a bit more but overall the quality of work was good. I would recommend.

We were closing on a new home and I really needed the floors cleaned so we could move our furniture in. Although Eric had a big job for that day, he was willing to clean my carpets afterwards. It was a steamy, oppressively humid day, and he had started early in the morning on his first job, but still did a great job cleaning our new home. He removed some huge stains that had been left by the previous owner's dog. I highly reccomend him and will definitely be calling him to work for us in the future.
