I have been having my SUV serviced here over the last three years, steadily and on/off over the years prior to that. Most times it is a standard oil change and tire rotation for me. They check out my car and if they notice something, they inform me and we either get the work done at that time or schedule another appointment. The only thing I can complain about is the price. The oil changes are too expensive and some of the other work I had done was too expensive. however, I don't really trust local auto repair places because of a bad experience.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is always pleasant to visit and clean. They recently remodeled the waiting area and it looks really nice. They have free WiFi and I have brought my laptop along when I was scheduled for longer service. They also have a large HD TV.

The professionalism is top notch. Service manager was competent, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
I just feel over $50 for an oil change is way too much.
