Lifetime Radon Solutions did an excellent and thorough job installing our Radon Exhaust System and new submersible sump pump per code. The *before* and *after* radon test results were amazing. We no longer have a radon issue. We have recommended them to our friends. The crew was on time, efficient and cleaned up afterward. Great work!

Excellent customer service. Only disconnect is that I didn't receive a good idea of when the electrician would arrive to complete the installation. Don't know if the communication failure was on Lifetime or the electrician they arranged for.

Professional and easy to work with. I chose them over a cheaper option due to their professionalism. The only thing I didn’t like was the “custom crock cover” which was a piece of plexiglass sloppily caulked on. It’s a minor thing as I’ll never see it since it’s tucked away in a corner. Otherwise everything was clean and very well done, within the timeframe they stated.

They did a great job installing the radon mitigation system. I have a tight corner where the sump crock is, and they did a great job installing in a tight space.

We seldom do reviews, but they all did such great work during all steps in the process that we needed to share such a perfect experience. We received quick & efficient appointment setting and a very knowledgeable estimator who gave us options on systems and costs so we could pick a hidden but easy to maintain system. The installer was a highly skilled craftsmen who went above and beyond to tuck the piping into tight spaces. He did quick, well-planned work with no delays. Our radon numbers dropped from 6.5 to 0.5 with independent double testing. I will refer them with no hesitation. Highly recommended!
