It went perfectly.  I've had excellent experience with KM Heating & Air Conditioning. This morning I called because I started receiving some automatic e-mail alerts from my furnace about a calibration problem. KMHAC sent someone out the same day. The technician, Ryan, was friendly and courteous and quickly identified and resolved the problem - which involved replacing a pressure switch that was covered under warranty.

They arrived right on time. The crew was extremely professional, wore boot covers and laid down protector on the carpeting down to the basement. They removed the old furnace/A/C, installed the new one and were out in 6 hours. They even capped my chimney for me for no charge as this high efficient furnace was replacing an old one that vented through a chimney. They explained everything to me, walked me through the controls and cleaned up everything before they left. 
The whole staff of this company was great. From Dave the salesman to the install crew and the office staff, everyone was professional and great to work with. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to friends. 
I've had another contractor remodel my bathrooms this summer and the difference between them and this outfit is night and day. Seeing Kettle Moraine Heating in action made me regret using my other bathroom remodeler even more as the Kettle Moraine crew and experience is what I was hoping for with the other contractor. Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C is the new standard I will judge future contractors by.

I was very happy with the team at Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning, and I highly recommend them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:  I don't think you will find anyone better at this.  The office staff (Tracy and Christina) called the day before the appointments as a reminder.  If I called them with a question or concern, they were consistently friendly and helpful.  I received a feedback questionnaire with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, which makes me feel like they want my feedback!  I was told about (and I received in writing) instructions on what to expect on the day of installation - what I can do and what they will do.

ESTIMATION:  This is the part that sold me.  Bill, the owner and estimator, spent a great deal of time showing me my existing system and how it works (or doesn't work, in my case!); explaining the options I have for mid-range and high-efficiency boiler models, variable-speed pumps, water heater configurations, venting, etc.  We measured all the radiators, so he could calculate the appropriate size of boiler needed.  He explained the energy rebates I would be entitled to and how to get them.  He talked about the installation process and his installers, and he gave me his cell phone number and instructed me to call him, if I wasn't satisfied with the process, including the clean-up.  Communication and customer service are clearly strengths of his, and it's clear that his staff follows suit.

INSTALLATION:  The installers, Scott and Dave, arrived when they said they would and the installation took as long as scheduled (2 days).  There was a great deal of equipment brought into the house!  But every bit of it was cleaned up.  The new boiler and panel look like something out of NASA!  The heating works great!  It is so quiet, I sometimes can't tell that it's on!

I did call afterward to have the technician come back to adjust the setting for the air conditioning and to turn on the gas fireplace (which was turned off during the installation).  They were very friendly and Scott came back promptly to attend to it.

I am very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine Heating, and I would definitely recommend them.

The service men were professional and meticulous. Our heat was completely out & it was very cold, they stayed until 9 pm and finished the job on Friday night. Our city inspector was impressed too!

My furnace was not working properly. I went with my usual company, Lake Country HVAC. They charged me $250 but did not fix the problem. They wanted to charge me more to come out and replace more parts. I decided to call Kettle Moraine and they sent out a technician who spend a great deal of time, told me I didn't need the parts, made a few adjustments and everything is working well.

They have done several jobs for us, we are happy with their service. Two guys will come out and it takes them about half an hour to complete the job.  I would say they are very reliable and responsive.

Pricing quote was easy to understand, No separate surprise charges.  Competitor broke down & over priced everything (i.e. Dave Droegkamp)  Jay sold the project, Tracy, Danielle in Customer Service were very good at follow up, John & Jerry installed the "Lennox Furnace" Model # SLP98V in a neat & timely professional method.  Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning was AWESOME!!!  Bruce A. - New Berlin

Arrived withing one hour for a no heat service call- and brought space heaters over later that afternoon because the furnace replacement could only be scheduled for the next morning. Who does that? Ive never heard of an HVAC company going the extra mile like that. Outstanding and very highly reccomended!

purchased furnace, humidifier, ac, air cleaner and thermostat. all seem to work well, quiet and efficient (but don't know about ac yet.).
Office staff A++   registered the warranty, filed for rebates and promptly handled any issue i called about
Installers A+  on time, organized and did good job with testing, clean up and reviewwith me.
Sales rep: there is a problem with reconciling price charged to me with Costco advertised deal. got the costco rebate and energy rebate. I am not confident that i was given the credit for the old carrier defective heating coil. I called carrier corp. and was told they would research who got the credit but would need serial number on furnace. since i don't have old furnace info, they can't help. sales rep says the prices quoted were net of any carrier defective coil rebate. i could have (should have) done a better job at tracking all the money. otherwise the rep is personable prompt and professional.

Dave arrived on time, insisted on wearing plastic covers on his shoes, completed a full inspection and identified the problem quickly; the humidistat was still under warranty and was not functioning, so Dave returned to the shop, picked up the part and installed it within an hour.  He took extra time to show me how to keep an eye on things, change out the filter and make sure the unit ran smoothly.
