I have serviced my SUV at kleins for the past year and a half. My most recent visit was very disappointing. I took my SUV in for what I was told was a simple problem should take a hour to fix. I got it back four days later and was told it took 6 hours but they discounted the labor. It seemed to me that they had to pin point the problem and it took longer then expected. I understand at times this can happen no big deal. The thing I was disappointed about was when I picked up my SUV there was a 20 inch crack across my windshield that positively was not there when I brought it in. The impact mark was fresh and white. I was told they would check it out and call me back. I Never received a phone call. I called them I was told they would call back. After a week I called them again. I was told by Kleins that it was there when I dropped it off. When I asked them to look on there cameras I was told they do not have any!! The service guy sat in my car when I brought it in. Clearly if there was a crack that big in my windshield they would have noticed. There was no time or date on the inspection sheet. Kleins refused to fix my windshield telling me they believe the person who worked on my car and he said the crack was there. I told them I would never service my SUV with them again and I was told "that is the chance we will have to take." Very poor way to do business. I would not recommend this service department to anyone again. Especially now knowing they clam to not have cameras Leaving them not responsible if something happens to your vehicle while in the shop or outside in there parking lot. However I have an excellent window repair company I give 5 stars too!

"It seems that the main concern registered in [member name removed] complaint is with the status of her windshield. This was explained to her when she brought it up with us at the dealership, but here is a summary of the discussion. Windshield cracks generally develop as a result of a stone or other object striking the windshield and causing ac hip or “star”. These chips or “stars” can, in most cases, remain crack free for a very long period of time, depending on their proximity to the edge of the windshield, temperatures, etc. They can also be the source of very large cracks that radiate across the windshield and result in the need for the windshield to be replaced. The crack on [member name removed] Enclave was the direct result of an object striking the windshield and causing a “star”. This “star” was pointed out to her and we explained that this was the source or her windshield cracking. The technician even noted the crack on his inspection form at the time of repair. Based on the repair and the location of the “star” there is no way that the technician would be in any proximity to the area of the strike. It was simply a matter of the crack manifesting itself while the vehicle was at our dealership. I something had happened here that was our fault, there is absolutely no question that we would take responsibility. [member name removed] has been a very good customer and we would hope that this explanation helps her to understand that we appreciate her business and look forward to helping her in the future."
