While performing the estimate for a bathtub project, Collins damaged a fitting with the understanding that repair would be made at later date. Despite repeated attempts to schedule the repair Collins ignored several attempts to communicate. Very poor service.

They arrived on time. They were very efficient in their work and cleaned up any mess the repair made. The repair was done correctly and the price was fair.

Connecting up to the sanitary district (from a septic tank) makes a huge mess in the yard. Collins employees made every effort to leave as little mess as possible.

I live in MI, but had to get a toilet replaced at my mother's home in Burlington, WI. Not happy with the estimate I got from her regular plumber, I posted the job on Networx.com, a Home Advisor partner. Ryan Collins (Collins Sanitary, LLC) was on the phone within 10 minutes offering to do the job. Since I was in town only briefly, I needed to get the job done quickly. After checking his credentials (Ryan is a Master Plumber), I called back and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Ryan arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and charged a very fair price. (He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only would I recommend Collins Sanitary to others, I've also advised my mother to permanently switch plumbers!

I submitted request online and received a call within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Although problem was resolved before his scheduled appointment I wanted to give him a good rating for his professional and quick response. He was polite when I told him he didn't need to come. But I will call him again for any other plumbing issue.

I had a shower stall removed and a new larger shower stall installed. I had several contractors estimate the job, but I picked Collins because of Ryan Collins confidence and flexibility to meet my needs. Ryan and Cory were very friendly and courteous. During the 3 day project Ryan kept me up to date on each phase of the project. Ryan was always available for questions while on the job and even when he was away. My new shower stall is now installed and complete with some tile work which Ryan did a very nice job on. Our new shower stall is a great addition to our home. I will recommend Collins to my family and friends as the opportunity arises. Thanks Ryan for a job well done!

Terrible. I think the job was beyond their abilities. After a vague bill I asked for clarification. They told me when contract was signed it would come. Appointments made no show no call. When I called later said they called and left message never got them. I told them I still wanted them to do work. Appointment made, again no show. He wrote on email they would contact me later on Thursday afternoon. Today is Tuesday, still have not heard from them. My advice, avoid remodels with this company.

Friendly & courteous. Replied same day I contacted them and did the job on the day specified. Work was done quickly and satisfactory! Would use their services again if need be.
