Arrived on time and replaced the gas hot water heater with an A. O. Smith gas hot water heater. Main shut off water valve for the house and the shut off water valve at the gas hot water heater were also replaced.

Plumber arrived on time and quickly completed all the work.

I have used several plumbers in the past, but was not overly thrilled with any of them.  Then, a friend at work recommended JJ's.  So, I gave them a try.  Since this time, I only used JJ's as my family's plumber.
With the latest case in using JJ's, our garbage disposal stopped working.  And, would you know it - the darn thing stopped working just hours before the start of our kid's birthday party! - an incredibly inopportune time as you could imagine.  With no other options, I called JJ's.  Surprisingly enough, they were able to get a plumber out to our house within the hour.  He diagnosed the problem, and got the disposal working again in less than 10 minutes!  Found that the disposal was jammed, and that the unit needed to be reset.  Additionally, the plumber showed us how to remedy the problem next time we have a jam issue.
JJ's saved the day!  And, our kid's birthday party was a big hit!

We have limited space to work in when putting in a hot water heater and water softner.  They did a very thorough and good job and didn't make an issue of space, etc.  Didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions, and I always ask a lot.  We have in the past and continue to receive good service and rates are competitive.

I continually use their services. They respond quickly and are very prompt. I trust them completely. Their repairs have been excellent. I highy recommend them. Their prices are reasonable! Donna and Melissa really work with you when you call in. They do their best to accommodate your needs, even in emergency situations.

They do excellent work. I like to use family businesses; these guys are reasonable and will bend over backwards for you. I will use them again in the future.

Pretty good.  The mechanic was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He was there less than an hour but still had to charge me for one full hour (pretty standard).  Toilet hasn't leaked since.

I like the professionalism, you can get an appointment right away and their prices are competitive.

All went well.  The service man was knowledgeable and respectful.  He did the job well and solved the problem.  Couldn't ask for more.

I had obvious problems in a bathroom where flushing the toilet caused gurgling in the adjacent sink and bathtub. JJ's was very diligent in searching for and resolving the issue which actually took longer than they had anticipated. However, I was not charged for the entire period of service as they felt they should have resolved it quicker.

Called JJ's Plumbing to investigate water dripping from PVC pipe in basement. Plumber arrived on time, even though weather was snowy and unpredictable. Diagnosed problem quickly and did a very thorough job fixing. Refused to bill us at the time of visit since he wanted to wait a week and make sure the problem was solved! Very impressive. Invoice was not mailed until after we called to let them know that the problem was indeed fixed. Highly recommend for honesty and quality of work.

They supplied the water heater and replaced my old one. They came over very quickly and right on schedule. They did the job very promptly, I paid the bill and they left. They carried the old heater away and didn't leave any mess. I didn't check around, but I thought the price was a little on the high side. I would hire them again if needed.

I called them based on a recommendation from a family member. I was able to schedule the work for the next day and Brian came out promptly. He checked to see if the old water heater could be repaired, and when he determined that it couldn't be, he installed the new one. He finished in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up, and overall did a great job. I have subsequently had him back to install a new water softener and fixtures in my newly renovated bathroom. Each time has been a very good experience. The work is done well and promptly, and he leaves the area cleaned up and neat. Charges are reasonable.

Did an excellent job in all respects. All communications were great. Came out promptly to provide an estimate, work was scheduled promptly, servicemen arrived on time and most importantly work was done very well. Very pleased with service and would recommend them highly. Pricing seemed fair for the work performed.

We are having Flood Cabinetry Service cut out some cabinets to put in a free standing range. We removed the built-in electric oven and stove top. Flood is replacing the cabinets where the oven was removed. There is gas in the basement for the water heater, dryer and furnace. JJ's ran new pipe upstairs to the kitchen for the new stove. Then, they took a look at the water softener and Iron Curtain water filter. They were surprised that Rick's Plumbing did not give us an education on setting the water softener and making sure it ran right. They asked us to keep a chart of when each filter ran. We will have to call them back if we want them to work on it. They arrived on time, were courteous and informative.

He came when he said he would, went right to work, politely answered all my questions, was very efficient. He got the whole job done in one hour. He wrote up the bill and I paid it. Everything works.

JJ's has been very responsive when I call. They have a person answering the phone during business hours who arranges appointment times. Service is usually available in a short time from the initial call and even faster if involving a suspected gas leak. Our plumber was always courteous, friendly, on time, and efficient. He willingly dealt with questions and concerns and did not mind our Labrador's energetic attention. I am certain we will use JJ's again over the years for various plumbing needs.
