5 CORNERS DODGE SALES & SVC

One of the hid headlights on my daughter's 2013 Dodge Dart burned out. Not knowing how difficult these are to change we bought one at NAPA ($135 believe it or not). Got home and tried to install it and found it beyond our abilities. Went to Five Corners, pulled into Express Service and explained our situation. Would you believe it they installed our part and only charged us $26 for labor? Excellent customer service.

Went great. They gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. The work was done on time for the amount they quoted me.

They do great work, pricing is reasonable, hours are great, professional service and very courteous. You are greeted at the service desk like a friend. The services you need are discussed in detail. Every visit includes a complete safety/reliability check. When a fix to a leaking tire did not work, they came up with a better fix at no additional charge. They do not try to upcharge you with unneeded services and/or parts.This is the first auto service organization that I feel will not screw me.

They don't treat a woman like a complete idiot, they are very professional and very good or I would be looking elsewhere. I give them a B for price because they are right in there. It is very difficult for any woman to find a car repair or dealership that doesn't treat them like complete fools. My nieces husband does car repair but unfortunately lives to far away from me. I generally get his advice and then head over to 5 Corners Dodge Sales and Services. I pretty much know what they problem is and he has always been right and they always agreed.

Overall it was very fine. I like them and they are very honest. I am happy with them and I keep going back.

Five Corners Dodge Sales & Service does a good job on my car. They treat me good. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are courteous. The waiting room is nice.
