All went very well. Dan is polite, respectful, knowledgeable. We talked about what needed to be done and he took it from there. Quickly and efficiently completed the smaller jobs first and then Dan made a trip to Home Depot and came back with sleek looking LED lights which he and his brother Isaac installed. The basement lighting looks great. Wish I had discovered this company sooner. All you ladies out there looking for a skilled handyman who shows up ready to go and gets the job done properly, look no further. Highly recommend Dan, Isaac, Deanna and this company overall.

Arrived on time. The job was excellent. Dan even did an extra set of shutters that were not part of original bid at no cost. This is the second time we used Premier. As our house is aging we have a number of projects we needed to address. We have worked with PAMM repeatedly since 2017. You should not hesitate to contact Dan for small projects. He has replaced a shower head, unstuck closet doors, installed a grab bar, added weather stripping to a porch door, replaced porch lights, unpacked, and repaired a love seat. He has also completed major projects for us: rebuilt a door frame, repaired a drop ceiling in the basement, painted multiple rooms, installed a toilet, replaced faucets. If you need a professional,responsible, attentive- to- your -needs worker I can't recommend Dan and his employees highly enough

We wanted to replace our upstairs bath fan before having the attic filled with insulation. After getting some EXTREMELY high quotes from electricians I found PAMM on Angie's List and called them. The technician came out at the quoted time and spent about two hours going in and out of the attic to remove the old fan and install the new one. When he was done he cleaned up. I was really impressed because he took his shoe covers off every time he left the house and put them back on as soon as he came back inside. Very conscientious. The fan works great. Would recommend.

PAAM sent Dan for this job. He was prompt and professional. This was an odd and close-quarter entrance to an apartment in our building that had an awkward hollow core outswing entrance door from the hall. In about two hours, Dan removed the old unit and jamb and replaced with the entire prehung setup. His work was quality and he kept me informed of other considerations related to the door, moldings, paint etc. Prompt, honest, quality work. Would hire again for maintenance needs at our building.

Everything went as hoped. Dan was punctual, knowledgeable, capable and skilled. The building on which the roof was to be installed was not perfectly plumb. Dan was nevertheless able to make all the appropriate adjustments so that the roof fit perfectly. The price was fair and he does excellent work. Goes above and beyond. We are happy and will definitely be calling P.A.M.M. for our upcoming projects.

Painting was completed in two days.The painters helped move heavy furniture before and after job. They took the utmost care to keep work site clean, even sweeping the floors at the end of each day. Dan and his employees are courteous and polite. Any time I had a question, Dan would stop work to address it immediately. This is the fourth painting job PAMM,LLC has done for us. Each job was done to complete satisfaction.

From set up to clean up, very professional service. I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship done on my bathroom. Awesome job! I will be using PAMM, LLC again and will recommend to others.

He did a fantastic job, for every job that we had him do and at a very reasonable price. The only challenge was his schedule, because he was a smaller business, but he was worth the wait. He was very responsive to every phone call and email.

They are very professional and punctual from quotes to the service itself.  They provide lawn cutting at regular 2 week intervals on all of my accounts.  The lawn looks great and I appreciate the pictures of work completed after each job.  It is very easy to reach them by email for me and I always get a prompt response.  I also use them for snow removal.  They do a perfect job of removing snow at my properties and also spread salt after completion.
