It went very well from start to finish. Rian was very easy to get in touch with and was very prompt in returning emails and phone messages. He showed up right on time as promised, listened to what we wanted, and immediately got down to work. He installed one electrical box behind our wall-mounted flat screen TV and another one at floor level, and threaded all of our cables and wires through the walls so nothing is seen below the TV or through the console. He wasted no time getting down to business, but I never felt that he rushed the job, either.

It went really well. I even had another hour credited!!

It didn't go. The contractor never followed up or responded.

Rian came out to discuss electrical work I wanted done for a basement remodel project.  I initially tried emailing him to schedule something, but I never from him.  I finally called him and eventually was able to schedule him to come out.
He arrived on time and was very nice.  We discussed different options for lighting and before he left he told me that he would get an estimate out to me within a few days.  He did mention that he needed to work on getting back with people because that was a complaint he's received before.
After a week, I hadn't heard back from him, so I tried emailing him again as well as left a voicemail message for him.  After another week had gone by, I gave up and ended up going with another electrician.
He was a very nice guy, and I wish he would've gotten back to me with an estimate as I was interested in having him do the work, but I guess he either has too much work or thought my project wasn't worth his time.  In any case, it would've been nice to at least hear back from him.

Was a little late, but our home is difficult to find. Otherwise did a nice job. Did not hit any water pipes in the bathroom above the area he was working. Makes the kitchen much brighter!

Rian and Tom did a great job.  They came in early in the morning and started to work right away.  The job is 97% completed as of today and a couple of minor things will be done next need since I have no rush on them.

Although Rian was very nice and totally seemed to know what he was talking about, I think the jobs we wanted him to do overwhelmed him, or he was just too busy.  He was to get us an estimate within a week of coming to our home.  Nothing.  I called him, and he said he would get it to me over the weekend.  Still nothing.  So if it is a big job, I would have reservations about calling him.

I was pleased with the response and the work Elite Electric did.  It will be good to have an updated system when I come to sell the house.  However, after the work was completed I called them a couple of times with a question and they never returned my call.

The electrician was prompt, polite, and good at his work.

I had a big deal. I thought the work was great and so I said, "I'm going to call this guy back." and I ended up paying the normal full price. I was troubleshooting and what not and doing stuff and so I called him and said, "It's not working." It turns out it was my own dumb fault that it wasn't working. I thought, "Hey, light bulb has burnt out. I'll put the new light bulb in." When I put a new light bulb in and it still didn't work. So I wondered if it's the light bulb. So I put the old light bulb in a light socket and it worked. So I thought it was not the light bulb. So I tried all these different troubleshooting things thinking I was pretty smart and so I told him, "I had done all these stuff. I don't know, I tried this and I tried..." He is like, "Okay." It turns out that the GFI thing had tripped in the garage. I didn't even think. Expensive lesson but my own fault. He spent all his time looking at it, cleaning it, explaining things to me. I watched him the whole time and he said, "Expensive lesson." I said, "May be so but you were honest with me because you could have said Oh! I did this and I fixed this and I fixed this and you walk away and I don't learn anything, right?" So then he told me another thing if I put light bulbs in it and it doesn't work and you put another light bulb and it doesn't work he goes, "Use a different package." He says may be the package went bad. I never would have thought of that. He didn't have to tell me those things. He could have just said, "I got to go to my next appointment" and be done with it. I will use this guy for the rest of my life if I live here because he was honest with me! He seemed almost, "Hey, I'm going to charge you 125 bucks. I didn't really do anything." "Well, that's what you charge. Now I know." If my appointment for today was at 2:30 and he called me at noon and said, "Hey, I'm running a little bit ahead of schedule. Can I come out now?" I was like, "Yeah, absolutely." So it frees up rest of my day. I've told all the neighbors about him.

Great work, on time, courteous, and did the job right.

Ryan arrived on time, went right to work and was finished in short order.  He is coming back next week to replace the light hanging from a 12 foot ceiling in the dining room.  I was very happy with his work and look forward to enjoying my new hanging light.

Rian (pronounced like "Ryan") was friendly and personable. He did not have one of the parts on him, left to go to a hardware store to get it, and came right back.  He was thorough, knowledgeable, and methodical. He did not rush, but he kept  moving so it did not take a great deal of time.  He was also, in comparison to other electricians I have used, cost effective for me.

It was a request for  2 GFI's to be installed and a repair of a non-working outlet. Excuse from him initially was that he had 2 employees quit with no explanation as to why and to this date neither he nor any of his employees has ever come out. In spite of multiple e-mails, I have not heard back. I e-mailed stating if I had not heard from him by a certain date, I would hire another contractor. Consider it a burned transaction and loss of $99.00.

Outstanding. On time, friendly, fixed a faulty switch unrelated to hired job while there. Will use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was okay. There were little issues getting an appointment but more importantly there were a lot of things in the fine print which we came to know when they arrived on the site. Just to connect the wire to the electrical box, there was a charge. It was there in the fine print but I would have appreciated if it had been laid out more in the deal. They wanted an additional $175 to connect the wire so I chose somebody else that was coming to my house to do that work. There was no working electrical box when they were done. The guy was straightforward and the service was okay. He clarified that he couldn't come earlier because he was busy. I don't know if I would use them again.

Very well. Rian is very nice and knowledgable. He sent another person out to the store to obtain the correct plate for the timer and other switches. While we were waiting, I asked all kinds of electrical questions and I got plenty of tips. I made sure to get a couple of cards to pass along to friends.

Paid $99 for $200 worth of services.  Rian did what was asked of him and he did call when he was going to be a few minutes late.

They did a great job.  They called to set up the appointment.  The day of the service, the technician arrived on time.  I was able to speak with them on the phone since I wasn’t at home.  They were very professional and friendly.  The job was done quickly.  Everything went as smooth as possible

It was excellent work! He cleaned up well after himself. He was reasonably priced.

It was fine. I didn't have any problems with it. I bought the big deal around the end of July but they were booked up til August 13th. He told me that right in the beginning. I said, "That's fine." He came out and did a good job. He was friendly and courteous. I have absolutely no problems. This was the first time I'd used this provider. I'd recommend them. He was on time. He seemed to be fairly efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing. I haven't had any issues with the outlet he installed. He was very professional in his job. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it.
