BIG FALLS HEATING & AIR COND

Randy was very nice and professional. I was quoted 600.00-700.00 for the job and i would supply all materials. The job was completed in a couple of days and overall i was satisfied with the work performed. I was told that some additional materials were used that i didnt have on hand and had no problem paying for them. Weeks after the work was completed I hadn't recieved a bill. I attempted to contact the company a dozen times and left 3-4 messages to get the bill over the next 3 months. Finally I got ahold of Randy and he stated his wife would get it out to me. When i recieved the bill it was over 4 times the agreed amount. I was being charged 2100.00 for labor and 1220.00 for materials. Remember i already spent 1400.00 on just the materials myself. So I then added up all the materials that was in the bill, and counted every little fitting and every inch of pipe that was used in the system. I then went to Menards and online to Pex Supply co. where i had gotten my parts to add them up. I came up with a total figure of 379.00 yet i was being charged over 1200.00 ??? When i asked why i was just told that plumbing materials are expensive and that was just the way it was.
