I was thoroughly, 100% satisfied with the whole process. Dave Larkin was the general contractor and finish carpenter. His initial estimate was spot on, his pricing was reasonable (though not cheap), and his work was top quality. The finish carpentry is stunning. The whole process went so much more smoothly than I'd expected, probably because Larkin paid such attention to detail -- not only to my requests, but to the work of each subcontractor. If a subcontractor's work was less than he wanted, he would demand that everything be done or re-done to his expectations. This company and this contractor have my highest recommendation. Two years ago my neighbors were considering a substantial remodel, and asked about my experience. I said that the only things I regret about the project were the handful of things Larkin suggested that I DIDN'T do and now I wish I had done!
