COMPLETE AUTO GLASS LLC

I had used this outfit previously to replace the windshield on a 2005 Sienna and was happy with the work, so I researched prices and decided to try them again when my Prius' windshield 'star' eventually expanded to a crack all the way across the glass.  I know, should have just had the 'star' repaired when it happened!
I contacted them through their website form and received a response relatively promptly.  Jason suggested having someone come to my home to do the work and I took him up on the offer.  We agreed on Friday of the same week and he followed up once or twice regarding the specific time and to tell me who would be coming and what his background was as far as experience.
Kurt called Friday morning and arrived very promptly, a little early, in fact.  He was very nice and had the job done within about 45 minutes.  It looked great.
After driving around for a day or two my husband noticed what appeared to be a 6-8" long scratch in the windshield.  It was so faint I hadn't even seen it myself even though it was on the driver's side; you really had to look at an angle.  I tried cleaning the area but it really did seem to be a scratch.  I contacted Jason again, through email, and he immediately said they would come out to look at it, buff it out if possible and replace the windshield if necessary.
Kurt came around again, looked at the scratch and immediately decided to replace the windshield.  He said he inspects the glass thoroughly before installing, but missed the scratch this time.  As difficult as it was to see I can certainly understand that in this case.  Again, he had the job done in about 45 minutes, was very apologetic and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work.  I was and still am.
