Adam was extremely knowledgeable about all areas of the windows then it?s paired with an extremely professional install will definitely be using them for my bathroom next year!!!!!

The team was experienced and worked very well together. Our house was complicated to do. We are 12 feet from the neighbors, have a fenced in yard, a lot of landscaping and it is 2 1/2 story 140 year old house. The roof is very steep with dozens of valleys and slopes. The team worked a couple of 12+ days. Perfect clean up. We had one mishap the an awning being a victim of a stray shingle. One day after the job was complete, the house was inspected and a check is on the way for a new awning. Just excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Timely and professional

I am exceptionally pleased with the quality, care, and expertise of everyone at River Valley Remodelers. From the moment that Adam Reichenbach and Alex Jackson arrived to quote our roofing project, I knew my home was in good hands. I was constantly impressed by their knowledge, insight, and attention to detail; they clearly understand what is needed not only by code but also by the Wisconsin climate and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. During the construction process, I was wowed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. We have a very large roof, an unused chimney we wanted removed, a damaged metal roof, and old shingles that had been hiding under the metal... and the entire project was done in two days. Lightning quick! I love everything about our beautiful new roof, and look forward to enjoying it for decades to come. I would highly recommend River Valley Remodelers to everyone thinking of home improvement projects and will be calling on them for all of my future projects (We're already on their list for a bathroom remodel!). Quality material used for roofing project, sales didn't give heads up regarding who was actually installing it(Not River Valley). No one from River Valley on site during the job only the subcontractors. Had to call River Valley to ensure job was done to what they promised.

They did great work! Started earlier than anticipated and got done in a timely manner. The house looks amazing!

Unfortunately, after the job was done, we found that the rotted wood had not been cut out and replaced. They just put wood over it! Leaving a gap and a pretty long hole right through in our basement! We contacted Anthony and Gary. They said we will get back to you. Well, that was over two weeks ago. We had discrepancies in the contract and the work order that Gary had. We went forward as they said they will take care of it. NOPE!! The work that Gary did do other than leaving rotted wood there was ok. Beware!!!
