The purchase went fine. We worked with Heather who was very friendly. When the furniture was delivered, the seats were covered in plastic. It took 90 minutes to get the plastic off. Afterward, the screws kept falling out of the chairs. I called Heather and she immediately replaced all 6 chairs. She made sure that the plastic was removed before the new chairs were delivered. 18 months later, we damaged our table with a cleaning solvent. I called Oak Express and they told me how to contact the insurance people - Great White Bottling. After sending them a photo and a copy of my receipt, they emailed the next day and indicated that they would be replacing our table. I called Heather and she said that she ordered the table. I told HEather that some of the screws from three chairs had fallen out. Heather immediately offered to replace those chairs. While I feel that the table got beat up quickly, I am thrilled with the service and how they stand behind their products. Esp. Heather - she is great to work with.
