Screen Repair
Rosalind changed out screen, unit would not work. Was never put together properly. iPad worked up till when she handled the unit. AT&T documentation, I used iPad to communicate with Rosalind and used GPS to find her house. I filled out iCrack warranty form. They responded that Rosalind claimed software problem. Thus iCrack lifetime warranty will not cover iPad. I found out through research that this is a common procedure between techs and iCrack so there would be no warranty. I am out $35 (AT&T internet) for three months while communication went on between iCrack and myself. Had to buy new iPad $700.
