I would give Sam and his men 6 stars if I could. Always on time, something I rarely see in my area. Outstanding work on 1st and 2nd story painting. Great job doing siding repair in a hard go get to area. Would I hire them again....I already did! When my new shutters arrive Sam and the guys will be installing them. Thanks for all you did guys.

I hired S&R General contractors to paint the interior an 1100 Sq ft mobile home that we purchased for my sister to live in. We also hired him to remove the old carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. There was very old wallpaper on some of the walls and we asked him to prime and paint over it. Sam and his crew did an excellent job and we had them do some additional work, such as painting the kitchen and dining room cabinets, hand light fixtures and replace the kitchen sink and faucet. The entire project was done efficiently and for a fair price. they even hauled away a ton of packaging materials for us! Space was completely transformed thanks to the fine work done by S&R General Contractors!

Sam was very professional and punctual. His crew were hard workers. Work was completed as promised and on time. Completed within quoted price, with a slight credit. I would definitely recommend S&R General Contractors to others and I would be happy to use their services again.

I'm a retiree on a fixed income. My garage had 55+ year old siding that was desperately needing replaced. I found Sam on Home Advisor and requested an estimate. Sam was the consummate professional. He listened to my circumstances, my budget and discussed options with me for the job at hand. I really liked everything about Sam and hired him to do the job. Jesus, his Project Manager was equally as nice and over saw the job. I'm really pleased with the out come. They went above and beyond with this job and I felt like I was part of his family. The repair work on our roof was done quickly and great. Neighbors who were out of town when the work was done were amazed ... the new roofing matches perfectly with the shingles almost 20 years old.!!

Our house is old and required extra care. Sam provided expert consultation and professional service on time. We are also considering his company for future projects. S&R is a contractor with integrity!

The bid was fair and the work completed within the budget and on time. The crew was polite, came when scheduled and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The job was well done and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the customer service I received.

Sam was a pleasure to work with, he believes in customer satisfaction and he totally delivers on it 100%. I never had a problem with getting in touch with him when I needed to and he always was on cite to check progress of the project and ask me if I was satisfied. I needed to have roof of house, roof of detached garage and entire concrete porch replaced. He even fixed my crawl space cover before I could even ask him about it. I will be calling him again when I go to replace the siding on my house and remodel my bathroom. I have given his name to several people looking to do projects on there homes.

Sam is the owner of the company. He is extremely professional and places great emphasis on customer service. I needed my Wood Shake roof repaired in several areas. Sam telephoned me within two hours of me placing my project description on the Home Advisor website. He then conducted a free in-home project evaluation the next day. Same and his worker/partner completed my roof repairs the next day. This means from the time I placed my project on the Home Advisor website, Sam completed my roofing project within 72 hours (3 days). This is incredible! Thank you, Sam!
