CRYSTAL NAILS

The good:  I have been going to this salon for several months, as they usually do a very good job with French style, white tips.  Although they assume that you want them sprayed/air brushed, then covered with clear polish, I learned early on that, upon request, they will paint the tips with white nail polish.  I prefer this method because they last longer than the sprayed on version. 

The bad: they don't check the status of your acrylics (i.e., are they lifting away from your nail bed) and instead of redoing the ones that are in poor shape, they just add new acrylic over them.  This leaves visible lines on your otherwise lovely "pink and white" nails.  Even when I point out the problems, they don't take care to fix them properly; they just do so haphazardly.  Also, the last time I was there, they guy who did my nails hurt me numerous times because he was careless.  I even had a couple cuticles end up bleeding as a result.  Even after I said "ouch" a couple times, he didn't apologize and work more carefully.
