The prices are great and so is the quality of work. He is very reasonably priced. They did a beautiful job on my furniture. They provided me with the best quote available.

This was a wonderful experience. I gave them a B for pricing because I did have other bids that were a bit lower, but I am so thrilled with the result that i am completely satisfied that I made the right choice in selecting this company. Through email I was able to send them pictures of my chairs and discuss what needed to be done. These are not fine antiques, but robust , good quality old British pieces that had had long, hard use. Then I went to their showroom in Lake City and was able to choose among many colors and qualities of fabric and leather. I chose a fairly high end leather, which accounted for over $1100 of the price. The person in the showroom was someone different from the person I had emailed, but at each step it was clear that their communication was perfect and all of us were on the same page. Family members of mine were refinishing the chairs, so after I chose the leather, the chairs went to S&S so they could strip off the old upholstery. Then, when that was done, S&S delivered the chairs to the home where they would get their refinishing. When that step was finished, S&S picked up the chairs there, did the reupholstery, and delivered them to my home. They are gorgeous! They are also, for the first time in the nearly forty years I have owned them, really comfortable to sit on. Also, my DR has newly-refinished floors, and S&S was careful to put top-quality felt pads on the bottom of each chair leg. They were short one set of four so put on a set in a different color but I can pick up a set in the "right" color as soon as they come in. At each point, I could tell that Tim actually enjoys his work and took the same pride and pleasure in restoring my pieces that I did in receiving them. The lovely work he did with the nailing detail is proof of that. I am entirely delighted with the result and thought this company was a pleasure to deal with at all points.

They came and picked them up and shipped them back to the factory for us. I do like them and I would call them again. They are very professional. I am not sure if we could have gotten this done any cheaper.
