Very unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to a manager, was told they would call me and they never did.

"[Member Name] called our office on June 6th to schedule the June 7th appointment-he was given an arrival window of between 3-5pm. On June 7th ]Member Name] called the office and asked for a tighter arrival time and asked if the technician could call when en route. We contacted our technician in the field-he said he could be there between 4:30-5pm. That time window was told to [Member Name]. Our technician arrived within the given window and [Member Name] was not home. Granted our technician did not call en route as requested and we apologized for that. However, when our office called [Member Name] when the tech was on site-(within the window [Member Name] was given ) he was no where near his home and refused service. Our office told [Member Name] a manager would contact him on the following Monday or Tuesday to discuss. The manager did call and leave a voice message on Tuesday the 10th."

Made appointment a few days ago after purchasing deal. Company was quick to respond and to set convenient service date. Tech arrived on time. Discussed our concerns reviewed recommendations then performed spray efficiently.

Their service was pretty satisfying, their rates were pretty cheap, and they did a thorough job, and we haven't had any rats since they did the job 3 or 4 months ago. They had to redo the crawl space, and we are new home owners and there was previous pest activity, and current pest activity. It wasn't the cheapest thing, but it was half the cost that another company gave us.

I called them because I was having rotten activity. I was able to get an appointment within days. They came, did an inspection and found activity on my crawl space . They placed traps and also changes my insulation and disinfected.

I picked Stop Bugging Me Pest Control. They used a trained dog to find bed bugs. The dog did not find any bed bugs.. Stop Bugging Me Pest Control inspected my home, including attic and crawlspace. Rat bodies, feces were found in crawlspace. I was being bitten in my bedroom by mites from the rats.
