I called Bothell Roofing to get an estimate for updating the waterproofing on a deck. Albert came out the next day and measured the site and we discussed the work. He told me that he would send an estimate the following day. After hearing nothing, I left a message with the receptionist a couple weeks later and Albert returned my call and said he would look into why I hadn't received the estimate. That was the last I heard from him, despite 3 more calls from me (leaving messages with receptionist as well as a call directly to Albert's cell number listed on their website) over a period of 4 more weeks and an email just requesting an update. I asked that even if they weren't interested in doing the job, to please just let me know. I received no response. A simple 30 second call back would have sufficed. Albert demonstrated to me that Bothell Roofing is unprofessional and unreliable.
Description of Work: Re-slope and waterproof an existing waterproof deck.

Description of Work: These guys were the lowest price, so I got lots of 'warnings' from the other bidders, but everything went great. Very smooth transaction all the way around. The roof looks awesome and everybody from the office to the guys on the roof were very easy to talk to and provided all the information we needed. Exceeded my expectations and saved my a couple thousand dollars!!!
