I was glad to find someone who still knew how to work on an older vehicle, especially one with a carburator. It's nice to have a neighborhood service station.

I've been taking all my vehicles to the mechanic at Tom's Chevron for over five years. They always get the work done in a timely fashion, and they stand by it. Once when they diagnosed a loose bolt causing noise in the suspension, they didnt charge me anything just in case they had left it loose after a recent repair, even after I told them that I got it aligned at another place and the bolt was probably left loose by that place. They have always been straight-forward and pleasant to me, and their work has stood up well. I am confident in the honesty of the mechanics at Tom's.
