About the second time they came to my home, they arrived early and I had been to Dr and did not make it home until the time they were due to arrive. They left a note that they had been there and to call them. I called them and they exploded in anger over the phone. She did admit they may have arrived early. She wouldnt listen to a word i had to say. .They did come back the next morning to clean.
They were not in good spirits which did not matter to me.

They were due to clean 1/16/13. I called them the night before to tell them I'd be at the airport picking up my daughter who was going to be visiting and I'd put the key under the mat. The next morning my Granddaughter (who uses them and recommended them to me)texted me to say Janet's husband was sick and they couldn't clean. At 3:30 pm, I'm pulling up to pick up my daughter at the airport and Janet calls me and asks where the key is. I told her my granddaughter had said her husband was sick so I didn't leave the key. I felt they deliberately let me down at a time I needed them the most. I also asked her why no one was home when I called since he was sick. She said he was with her. They have no cell phone.

I want nothing more to do with these people. Do a good job but very undependable!

They arrived promptly; they were very professional, had great personalities and clean impeccably. The price they charged was very reasonable; however the tab was picked up by the insurance company. In fact, they did such a great job we hired them on an every-other-week basis to clean our home. They continue to do so today, June 2009 and continue to be as wonderful today as they were back in 2006 when they first worked for us. We would highly recommend them.

Janet and Greg are godsends. We first called them to do a one time cleaning for a large family gathering we were having, and we've been using them ever since! They were stalwart and undeterred by all the crazy entropy of our busy household (including two cats). Their attention to detail is phenomenal. Our wood floors just shine after each visit. If we have to choose between cleaning or taking time with our kids, we'll pick the latter, so how shall I put it... we aren't always the neatest family. But bless their hearts, Janet and Greg don't let clutter stop them, nor do they shame us about it either (believe me, I've had service providers who did). They have a family, too, so they get it. I just love their attitude! I recommend them unequivocally.

They have been great, they clean the whole house, they pay great attention to detail, they are very flexible. And they have very reasonable price.

Phenomenal. This company deserves every accolade I've seen on Angie's List. They were helpful, considerate, and ready to help me on very short notice when I was in a bind to get my 1250 sq. ft. house in shape for guests. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Janet and Greg Henderson are very nice people, and did a good job. They provide a company philosophy, have a contract, many rules and a fee schedule. The company cleaned twice for me, and was scheduled to come a third time, but arrived and departed EARLY, before our arranged time (and before I could arrive home). I called them within 15 minutes of the time they had come to the house (and immediately left) and asked them to call me and please to return and clean my house that day as arranged. They arrived at 11:30 a.m. and left; I arrived home at 11:45 a.m. and called them, and they were not scheduled that day until 12:30! They did not return, never responded to my calls, and that was the end of my work-relationship with them. Since I am a busy person, as most of us are, I won't be calling them again, as scheduling became a major problem with them. I think they must be used to cleaning homes where they are given a key and can arrive at any time.

I have had them clean for several months and the excellent service has not diminished in the least. They attend to details and go far beyond what I have experienced with other firms in the past.

Janet did a great job. She was prompt when she came to do an estimate and she was very personable. She was clear in her description of the work to be performed and the estimate for the work. She was also very prompt when she came to perform the work. Her work was top notch. We were very impressed and will definitely ask her back in the future to do additional work.
