 + -1 moreNot recommended as an owners agent. Very hands off, unethical. Not customer service oriented. Slum lord style management. Poor communication skills from Paul and staff, my detailed emails mostly ignored and not read. Very shoddy lease agreement with tenant, not thorough at all. While they did handle the accounting well, that is about all that got handleg well. My property was not looked after. 1 walk through in 5 years and I had to ask them to do it. Rent not raised in 5 years. Major bathroom leak problem not addressed. on one inspecton they missed important things and only mentioned superficial issues that they wanted to charge to me. On move out many issues missed and tenants not charged. Owners beware, you can do much better in Clark County for property management. NOT customer service oriented ... staff is not very responsive and do not have very good communication skills. Avoid.

 + -1 moreWe used this company to lease our property. When they took it over as the leasing property managers, they seemed to find alleged repairs that were needed. When they were done the repairs were also done very poorly if at all. They appeared to have owned the repair companies but also they charged 10-15% higher than any other company for services. They are a rather large outfit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: We used this company to lease our property we had tried to list for sale.
