The guy check my brakes, filled up my brake fluid. He advised me on some other things and I was very pleased. A good mechanic is very difficult to find. He gave me a discount . Price was excellent. Excellent service. They took me right in on time. It was a very pleasant experience.

Lawn Tool Repair
They sent the mower to Seattle to get fixed instead of fixing it on site. They didn’t tell me what was wrong and did extra work like replacing the blade without my permission. I was lucky the mower was still under warrantee so I didn’t have to pay for the repairs.

My van wouldn't start. Fortunately I was parked somewhat near to Sears Auto and Ray came out and helped try to jumpstart the van with their portable battery. After multiple tries it wouldn't even stay running, so he walked my van to their shop, trundling the battery alongside (slow and laborious for him!). They replaced the battery and now it's running great.
I appreciated all the time Ray took to help with the van. He went above and beyond what he needed to do!
