Rose Smith

Rose Smith is honest, hardworking, and long suffering. She patiently saw us through numerous showings and subsequent turn downs in both capacities, selling and buying. She encouraged us when we needed it, always reminding us that "the right buyer will come along," and "the right house will come up." At times we called her seven or eight times in a day, sometimes LATE, and she didn't complain. She never gave us the impression that we were wasting her time, and her commission seemed to be a non-issue with her. She was much more concerned with achieving satisfactory outcomes. She accompanied us to each closing, and actually paid attention to what we were signing. She never lied to us or deceived us in any of our dealings. For what she went through, I was glad to see her get paid! In southwest Washington, I wouldn't go with anyone else!
