JOE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND 3 MEN TO DO THE JOB. ONLY ONE MAN, JOSH, CAME AND DID THE JOB BY HIMSELF. HE DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE ROOF AND GUTTERS. HOWEVER, HE LEFT DEBRIS IN THE FLOWER BEDS AND YARD...WHICH WE WILL HAVE TO CLEAN OURSELVES.

Price was fair, work was excellent and easy to deal with. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from Northwest Roof Maintenance. If you need routine maintenance on your roof (moss removal, flashing repair, etc) do yourself a favor and call these guys instead of Roof Life.

Quick work,very responsive and very competative ptice

This was a small project -- I just needed the flashing replaced over an upper window opening -- and the gentleman that came out was great. The work was done on time and they left no clean up for me to do.

NW roof maintenance was very prompt to come out and give a free estimate. They answered my questions professionally and were more courteous than the other companies we spoke to. The job was scheduled quickly and completed on schedule for the amount estimated. We have had several heavy rains since then without a problem....Great work/reasonable prices.

They need to maintain better communication with clients

First time they fixed my roof, it leaked worse than before. Not their fault. Called Joe back & he sent someone over to re-fix it. Unfortunately, it did not. He tarped it. They came back because the rain was now leaking into my kitchen. They double tarped it and the leak stopped. Said they needed a dry day to fix it. They came back several days later durning a non-rainy spell and re-did the work. No rains since the last fix so i don't know if it really did fix it or not. Will update when I know for sure. Joe and crew were very nice and they cleaned up their mess very well. Last time they came, they fixed the leaks.

Good, returned calls, got the job done as scheduled, was pleasant to work with.

He had the repair done within a week at a very reasonable price and cleaned up so well that you would never have known he was ever there. So far, no leaks! The quote was timely, the price was reasonable, and the work was done well. We would use them again!

We had a bid for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and gutter seam sealing. Roof was cleaned the first day but nothing else. We called them back and they returned to clean the gutters. No seam sealing was done or moss treatment applied as agreed upon. After emailing them about the moss treatment there was no more responses from them and the job had been paid for. I was not given what I paid for. This company should not be supported by you. Frank Leonard
