Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The work was completed quickly and effectively, but looked a little sloppy because of some rough edges on siding that had to be cut back. This may have been unavoidable, but it wasn't explained to us. The charges seemed quite reasonable.

We asked that Northwest Roof and Maintenance guarantee there work to fix a leak in our roof. The first roofing company did not find the leak and said they would not guarantee that they could fix the leak if I asked them to do the work over. Northwest came in and did a initial repair and came back to do additional work as part of their guarantee. You can't ask for more than that.

I had Northwest Roof Maintenance out to replace a leaking skylight. With the upcoming rain they were a little backed up so couldn't do the repairs right away, but got me on the schedule within a week and a half from when I had them out for the estimate. I even had 1 shingle that was ripped off from a storm and they replaced it free of charge. I will absolutely keep this company in mind for my future roofing needs.

We got a couple quotes to remove moss and do a repair on our roof. Northwest Roof came in very reasonable, and their estimator seemed more knowledgeable. They sent 2 guys who worked like crazy for two days, and our 11 yr old roof looks brand new, and we can see that the problem is fixed well. Then they cleaned up better than we've ever known anyone to. Very professional. We are extremely pleased.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
I found Northwest Roof Maintenance at HomeAdvisor.com and was lead to solicit a bid from them based upon positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Northwest did a very good, professional job in power-washing my flat tile roof, repairing and replacing any damaged tiles, cleaning up very well and leaving the house looking great. They also returned several weeks later as a follow-up to ensure all was in order and my expectations were fully met if not exceeded. Along the way, they were always courteous, on time, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommended Northwest Roof Maintenance.
