Zach and his partner were right on time, started working, stayed at it for over 5.5 hours, did a fantastic job, and the final cost even came in lower than the initial bid - because they gave us a veteran discount! Great couple of guys, thank you!

They came to clean and treat my roof for mold. The mold areas were still there after they finished. I had to get them out to clean again. Six months later there was more mold than before. So much for the $650 clean and treatment. I asked them to come out again to inspect and advise. I also asked while they were there to remove leaves from my guttering, which hey did, however no follow up as to my mold situation. Bad Service, waist of money and will try other roofers in future. Great company and staff. They do NOT power wash the roof as that was listed as the "type of service." They take it off by hand. Very good, quick, efficient work. I will definitely use them in the future.

Firstly my roof was NOT power washed, but rather was brushed with a steel brush used on the dead moss. I only put that information in this report because power washing a roof is really bad move. It removes too many granules from the roofing surface which reduces the life of the roof. I gave a rating of 4.0 on the work quality because though I was informed on the bid that only 90% of the moss would be removed I would have liked to see all of it gone. The worker was very nice and seemed to do a good job, but time will tell if moss returns too soon. They can't guarantee that moss won't come back and I don't expect them to guarantee that. I do think the cost was too high though their price was the least amount I was quoted and that is why I chose them. Just don't be too surprised when the bids come in at what your cost will be.

Great company. Reasonable, professional, on time and work done quickly, very helpful about needed maintenance without trying to oversell additional services--will definitely use them in the future.

The lady from the office was top notch, and the work done was well worth the value. However, Austin, the technician at my home doing the repairs was disrespectful and refused to clean up the mess made in my backyard claiming itll blow away anyways. On top of that he lied and told me he carried out my requests listed on the invoice that were never done, and when approached about it he stated you dont get special treatment, we have other jobs to do today. Overall, great company, horrible technician. Ask for anyone but Austin when having work done, or you will regret it.

Empire is a highly skilled, courteous, and professional company. We found a leak in our roof New Year's Day, Empire was the only company to answer the call, their promptness and ease of this other wise stressful situation went a long ways with me. We decided to replace the roof as there were a few leaks, Terry and his team did an exceptional job! I can not give enough kudos to a well deserving team!!

This company removed moss from my concrete composite tile roof using a wire brush ( less expensive than power washing) followed by applying a liquid moss inhibitor. Debris was removed from gutters, downspout openings and hard surfaces. I have previously used Northwest Roof Maintenance to repair a roof leak and would recommend them for all roof maintenance projects.

Stuart came to my house and gave me an estimate on removing all the moss, treating it to prevent moss build up again. What made the difference in hiring this company was 2 very important things. I got 1 other estimate from a different company also. The first was that Stuart took the time to climb up on the roof, do a walk around and check everthing. The second was; during his walk around he spotted some critical things that needed to be repaired. They weren't huge, but in the long run would have cost me a new roof probably sooner than later. He took pictures. He sent me the estimate via email with the pictures attached of things that needed to be repaired, and gave a detailed estimate and verbally explained in his email what he was seeing and showing me. GREAT ! The second estimate I got from the other company wasn't good. The man just stood on the ground, and talked about the roof and the treatment he would put on it, and acted like he was too busy to even be here looking at it. He gave me a verbal estimate, and a discount for cash. Wheres that red flag emohji !!! ???? I also talked to my son about the 2 estimates I got. I had already made up my mind about NW Roof, but keeping my sons in the loop is important. He told me that if he got up on the roof and inspected it, took pictures, and verbally gave me explanations for everything, then that was someone to do business with. The other guy actually came out and said he was too busy. I called Stuart and asked them to do the work. One of his employees came out on time and did the work by himself. He was very tenacious, did a great job, and cleaned up after everything was done, he was a very nice guy and answered all questions I asked. This company is very good, reasonably priced, they do good work and care about their work which is so very important. The repairs that they did was replacing new rubber caps on most of the vents, replacing some worn shingles on the cap of the roof, from being worn by birds, and he told me my roof still had life in it and getting those things done and keeping the moss off will extend it out for more years. Cant beat that ! Hire them, they are good.

Everything went as scheduled ,curled and warped shakes are gone. They even cleaned the sky lights from over spray of preservative used plus cleaned up after job was finished.

I hired for a previous job which was completed to expectation. I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new project. Nobody showed up. I called to inquire about the no-show and they told me they have nothing scheduled. They would not reschedule my estimate in a timely manner due to their mistake which cost me lost time. Instead they would schedule me for an estimate in a week. Who's to say nobody shows again and I lose another week. I'll go somewhere where the agreement with customers is honored and mistakes are corrected.

They didn't try to turn a simple repair into a whole roof replacement.
