Overall they did a good job. They ran a little late but communicated well. They worked hard to do a good job for us. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right and have a good garauntee on their work. The cost fit our budget and the timing worked well with what was going on in our lives at the time. They were very good at communincating what they need up front and what we could pay at the end of the job. We are looking forward to no leaks when the rain sets in and hope this will be a long term fix and have been promised by them to fix any thing that needs dealing with.

Prompt, courteous, efficient, good value, completed what they agreed to do. Could be more complete cleanup - but it is always a messy job. Could have given me more time before rain affected result.

Response time on the phone is nearly immediate. Face to face meetings have occurred during the normal lunch time, or before or after a workday would begin or end, with the maximum flexibility on the Pro's part. That tells me he is not taking time away from an ongoing project to scout up more business. It also tells me he has other jobs going. Contractors sometimes disappear the day after their estimated completion date and go to the next job and then it takes weeks to get the job finished. Also, being available "anytime" to make an estimate is not confidence inspiring. Hire these guys and you will not be disappointed.

Called me within minutes of my online request. Provided an Estimate and scheduled the work in a very short time. Within a few days of the initial request, the work was complete. Everyone was exceptionally professional and polite. I appreciated the technical information they provided and am very satisfied with the service.

Joe came out the same day I called about my leaking roof. He was able to have a crew out within about a week, and they did a great job completing all the necessary repairs. We have had significant rainfall since the work was done, and we've had no more problems with leaks.
