Joe was pleasant to work with; came when he said he would, and thorough. The only thing that I did not receive from him was an invoice showing me what work he did and that I had paid in full. I think it just slipped his mind, as I had to leave before he was finished that afternoon.

Joe called me back immediately, came out that day to assess the damage (and was even about 5 minutes earlier than stated) and repaired my roof that next day as promised.

Joe was prompt, professional and friendly and fit in our emergency repair the next day. Cost was exactly what he quoted. I'd hire Northwest Roof Maintenance again in a heartbeat.

The owner is a very nice young man with a family. He was prompt in his reply to me. He came out right away and assessed the repairs necessary. He seemed knowledgeable in how to repair it. He was very prompt in returning a bid via e-mail. The price seemed fair so I hired the company to repair some leaks in my tile roof. He had a crew of two men plus himself come out within the week and do the repairs. They also cleaned the roof and applied Zinc Oxide for moss control. I am pleased with their work so far. It hasn't rained much yet so don't know if it leaks or not. I think they tried to do a good job. I appreciate their courtesy.

Joe sent over a team of two very hard working men. I was impressed with how careful they were with regards to keeping my plants and home in good condition while they worked. When the project was finished the clean up was done extremely well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The roof in our downstairs family room had a leak, and two prior contractors were unsuccessful in determining the source of the leak. Fortunately, I contacted Northwest Roof Maintenance and Joseph Stuart. He took the time to listen, diagnosed the problem, found the source of the leak, and fixed it. Joseph was both personable and professional, and his fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Northwest Roof Maintenance and would not hesitate to call on them again. I am 110% satisfied with the service and expertise I received.

Initial quote process went smoothly. He examined the problem and provided a quote immediately.(professionally printed right in his vehicle). His qutoe was right in the middle of two other quotes pricewise. On the scheduled work day, he arrived on time, but had to leave to take care of another job that he said had scheduled at the same time. He came back after a few hours and finished the job by late evening. I believe he did a pretty good job on the major problem where he had to replace a portion of the rotted plywood below the asphalt shingles. On the minor problem of replacing blown/broken asphalt shingles, I think he took some shortcuts

The first time he was 1/2 hour late. The second appointment he was at the wrong address working on someone else's roof. He is very nice and does a great job. He is fair and gives you a competitive proposal. Agenda and schedule needs work.
