Hello, my name is Mark Schillinger of Mark's Masonry & More. I am a licensed general contractor (CCB#249237) in Oregon who focuses on masonry, roofing, fencing, and decking projects. I have worked for several years in the chimney restoration and repair industry here in Oregon, where I have learned a variety of skills that I would like to use to help you make your home exactly what you want it to be!! I have my BSE in Mechanical Engineering but after working in an office for several years, I found that I got more life satisfaction working with my hands to create or fix a product. I have many years of experience managing projects and working with customers to create a final product that will exactly suit your needs. Estimates are free and I work all year-round! Mark was able to repair our fireplace enclosure that hadn’t worked for 9+ years. He is practical, efficient, reasonable and extremely pleasant and trustworthy. We would highly recommend Mark and in fact have already scheduled him again to service our roof.

Hi Angi Thought I would drop you a note about the hero “Handyman” (Mark Schillinger), he came to give me a quote on my Project (removal of carpet). I was very impressed with him. He came prepared to start that very evening, in fact, he removed the carpet in my bedroom first. It was amazing how my breathing had improved. It was a 30-year+old carpet. He is coming back this week to help me pick out some linoleum/vinyl for my floors, I use a wheelchair and the carpet was hampering the efficient use of my chair as well of slowing down my using m y walker.
