Had sofits removed and room redrywalled also added an exterior door. The drywall was perfect! But the made a mess in the house and the cleaning crew didn't. I complained and got an immediate response. Chad bent over backward to satisfy me and I hired him again to build a deck. Ultimately couldn't be happier!

Chad is a remarkable guy! Originally hired them to redo my dining room, not entirely happy with the out come, Chad bent over backward to satisfy me. So much so, I hired him again to build a deck. Could not be happier with both jobs and the price!!!

WOW!!! Best experience I've had in 40+ years of working with general contractors. Chad helped us envision and verbalize our sewing room/sunroom build out. His crews were outstanding!!! The finish work was superb and we ended up with a product far exceeding our expectations. At a great price too. I can't truly verbalize our pleasure and joy with the entire project. Thank you so very much Chad and i5 Restoration.

We had the house painted and a larger deck added. All of the work was done in a professional manner and looks wonderful. The deck will be great for family gatherings and just for relaxing in the evenings. Thank you for a great job!

My experiance with Chad at I-5 Restoration was superb. I had qoutes higher and lower but went with Chad because of his knowledge and expertise of the task at hand. I also want to mention his crew did an outstanding job and I am 100% happy with the job. Our house looks fantastic! Thanks I-5 Restoratrions.
