The service was exceptionally good. They are far, far superior to other banks. They had a very low interest rates compared to other banks. We did research of the bank and they have a very strong background of service. We found the experience very pleasurable.

We wanted a home equity line of credit to pay for some remodeling that we plan to do. Meg was easy to contact, explained everything to us, got us a great rate and was extremely efficient. She stayed on top of the application process, coordinated the appraisal and closed the loan promptly. Our cost was a share of the appraisal. She is thoroughly professional and has a reputation for absolute honesty among friends who have gotten loans from her.
