Description of Work: Provider failed to contact me during the process- rarely returned called, and dismissed any concerned about funding for my loan, and then was unable to fund loan under the very conditions he said he would despite repeated attempts to contc=act him he has ignored all my complaint this si the guy you do not want to go to he flops, fails to admit the flop, and will not do anything to make amends!!!!!

Description of Work: This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage broker Its kind of sad that I just got his new promotional card-You would think he would have enough sense not to send a customer who he treated so shabbily word that he is with a new company-He never had the courtesy to call me after my home was funded or send me any thank you. My realtor, the best I ever had, and who did almost everything right sent my wife and me a gift certificate and repeatedly thhanked me Andrew told us he could get us a loan that two other companies said they could not As a result of his recomendation we purchased a house and incuredd legal fees that were totally unnecessary and cost us almost 3000 dollars- We never would have tried to make the arrangement with the buyer of our previous home who siigned a contract to rent and then purchase unless andrew had told us it was ok . He not only told us it was ok but said his underwriters told him we would be appoved to buy a home--As a result of andrews information we conferred with a lawyer to make sure the contract was solid and as I indicated this cost us almost 3 thousand dollars- Our contract was perfect but in the end no lender would approve the loan and andrew barely took responsibility- During the whole process andrew had assured us there would be no problem-Contacting Andrew was an ongoing problem-he rarely returned calls and even our realtor admitted that andrew never should have told us we would get the loan under those circumstances unless he was absolutly sure We ended up finding a seller who was a cash buyer but wanted us out of the house within 10 days-We were stuck with andrews loan so he got lucky Hie loan was costlier than other companies and the only reason we considered him was that he said he could get it done for a rental agreement w/option to buy on the house we were selling Whatever his intentions were-we will never know but we do know that he had no clue as to what he was talking about AND NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO THANK US FOR OUR BUSINESS OR SEND A THANK YOU NOTE AND GIFT AS OUR REALTOR DID Andrew is very confident of himself-so confident that he can totoally screw u up-cost you several thousand dollars-and then send you a promotional advertisement 4 months later-UNBELIEVABLEIT WENT TERRIBLE
