Joe Neal owner of First impressions concrete insists on high
quality and customer satisfaction. He returned to the site to do the ?little
things? to make sure the job was done properly and to our satisfaction. This
project was a custom project with slate inlays in the driveway. All work was
done to our great satisfaction and met the high standard we expected. First

He is a great hardworking business man knowledgeable in his field. Always prompt, reliable and trustworthy. Definitely considerate and went above and beyond for me.

Our first project was the sidewalks, from the get go the First Impressions team was courteous, professional and on time every day. We were so pleased with the sidewalks, we had them build the water run-off just two months later. Again, Joe and his team were there when they said they would be, and as before were polite and professional. The final project was to build a patio that was over 1000 SF. Joe and his team again displayed the professionalism, timeliness and courtesy as before. And in each and every case the quality was (and is) first rate. The crew did an excellent job in cleaning up the construction materials and mess as well.
Last, First Impressions cost estimates were very fair and there were no surprises between the estimates and the final invoice(s).
I should have written this months ago. We would definitely use First Impressions again and recommend them to others. Thanks Joe and Ed!

The walls were constructed in a timely manner. The job was completed in July of 2010 and in January of 2011 the long wall at the bottom of the slope overturned and crashed into the vinyl fence on our property line. It is our opinion that the retaining wall was not installed due to industry standard. The company removed the wall from our property at no charge to us, but we do not have the wall we paid for! We are left with a mess in our back yard, with a higher expense to have a new wall installed because the ground is disturbed, and no property fence. Update: We have come to an agreement with this company.
