From start to finish professional! They were reasonably priced and even had to do a complete tear off, in the middle of winter! They fixed a problem with honesty and we really appreciated that! We are happy and recommend their company if you are searching for a nice crew, good work, and honest effort to make a mistake better!

Start to finish job was completed as bid. Workers had tearoff and underlay done in one day and left yard spotless. Done second day and the roof looks great. The whole team was good to work with.

Great quality work and professional workmanship. The estimator was friendly, respectful, and helped us understand the options without making us feel stupid. The only thing I would have changed would be the communication piece. After we hired them, we didn't get much information about when the project was starting, progress, or when it was ending. They did respond when we reached out to ask questions, but when we go home at the end of the day, the workers had finished for the day, but we had no idea about what progress there had been. There seemed to be a delay between the roof being finished and the subcontractor working on the gutters, but we were left in the dark about why or when the gutters would be started, or when the dumpster would be removed from our driveway. As I said, really good quality work, but more regular communication would be nice next time. Would use Executive Roofing Services again.

They responded quickly to my request. The price ended up being a little more for the facia which for some reason not included in original estimate. Overall, very satisfied and was grateful that project was completed so quickly.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The main issue was the timeliness. The project did not start when promised and the start date kept getting postponed. After the old tiles were removed, we had a half-finished roof for several weeks before new tile was delivered and the work was completed. Next time we'll put a penalty in the contract for late performance.

Got a roof tear off and replacement, they did the work quickly and professionally. They also helped out before the replacement with some minor issues I had with the roof. Responsive project manager and reasonable prices.

Very nice work around solar panels which could not be removed. Removed tear off quickly and cleaned up yard before completing the work each day.

Quick moving to assist in our needs

I would highly recommend Executive Roof Services (ERS). I have had trouble with my roof for years now. I had one company replace the backside which is a low pitch roof years ago due to a leak. Unfortunately it didn’t work and the contracting board was no help. Next I tired a contractor and again still leaked. So by now I was frustrated and didn’t have much faith in contractors or roofing companies plus I had added damage due to the prolonged water damage. So I began the search for a company that could handle the leaking problem because of the low pitch part of my roof, the added siding damage, plus a mold issue due to a leaking skylight. And who had financing. I went to Home Advisor and read their suggestions. One thing they said don’t be afraid to go outside your area. After 8 estimates I choose ERS and very glad I did. Though they are based in Vancouver, Wa. That didn’t affect anything. (Not even our horrible traffic) They had two crews one for the main part of my roof. Once we finally had a dry day they came bright and early and put in a 12 hour day. They worked very hard. No sitting around talking or smoking. A nice change from what I have seen. They kept me up to date on when they would be back to finish things up. Their part turned out GREAT! Next Michael and Sean came for the tricky part of my roof. They needed 3 straight days of dry weather to put on the Membrane material needed for the low pitch side of my roof. The forecast said 3 days of decent weather was coming up so here they come. They put in their 2 days but needed 1 more day to finish. The forecast said the next day would be nice but they didn’t take a chance and covered my roof just in case. Good they did cause it rained. (That was a Saturday which he asked would it be ok if we worked that day) Michael did not have my phone number and he told me he would be back on that Saturday but of course I knew it was raining and didn’t expect to see him. But he told me he was coming and he is a man of his word. He drove from Vancouver just to tell me they couldn’t work that day because of the rain. That was amazing, what a guy!! They came back on Sunday and my roof was done!!!

Very accurate and professional estimate. Austin did a good job of explaining the roofing process and help us pick out the absolutely perfect roof tiles! ERS communicated the schedule well and held to it. Clean up was thorough and fast.The only reason I gave then a 4.5 start rating is because we questioned the step flashing appearance, Austin patiently explained that step flashing is the new standard and required for warranty coverage so we will learn to love the step flashing as we love the tiles. I will also be contacting them for future exterior house paining job later in the year, Very nice people.

ERS came promptly and provided a competitive estimate. The gutter crew showed up right on schedule and did a quick install with a real eye for detail. The new modern style gutters look fantastic on my remodeled home and truly add to the value of my home. Thanks!

They kept us informed and were constantly working. They cleaned up after themselves. They constantly worked to get it finished and did a great job.

They did excellent work, the workers cleaned up everyday so the work site always looked good when they were done for the day. We are very happy with our roof and front deck and ramp.
