 + -1 moreErin did a very thorough job, including doing extras that we hadn't expected. She actually took longer than expected--because she did extra stuff (not because we asked her but because she saw some things that she thought needed doing)--but did not charge us for the extra time. We are very impressed with her work and now have her clean for us regularly. She works without the need for guidance; basically we turn her loose. She asks us if she needs input or if she is doing something that she want to make sure is what we want. She is WONDERFUL!
Description of Work: Complete monthly housecleaning including extras.

 + -1 moreShe is very efficient. She is quick, thorough, and everything is very fresh when she leaves. She is dependable and flexible. If she can't make it, she will let me know and will make changes if I need them. She is very pleasant. She also provides great referrals if she cannot perform the work.
Description of Work: She did a complete house cleaning. She has also done landscaping for me in the past. She's been cleaning my house for nearly three years.
